Feijoada
Considered the most traditional in the Serra Gaúcha, the Hotel Continental feijoada is offered every year, from May to August, every Saturday from 12:00 pm to 3 pm.
The Continental Feijoada Buffet, open to the general public, in addition to the main dish - the feijoada - offers aperitifs, black bean broth, a salad buffet, along with the delicious dessert buffet. The feijoada is served separately in cast iron saucepans with the black bean broth: beef charque, smoked pork ribs, sausage, beef sausage, pork paio, pig's ear, trotters and tail.
Grills
During the hottest season of the year, which calls for lighter meals, Hotel Continental Canela offers the delicious Grill Buffet option. The buffet is served from November through March, every Saturday, from 12 pm to 3 pm at the Grill alongside the swimming pool.
The menu is especially prepared in a relaxed environment for lovers of different meat cuts, such as: rump cover, fillets, entrecote, fish, cheeses, in addition to a salad buffet, side dishes and desserts.

Thematic Dinners
Besides the complete infrastructure and service offered by the hotel on a daily basis, along with the unique program throughout the year, the hotel also provides the option of thematic dinners.
For your reunion with family or friends, or your company's get-together, the hotel also offers thematic dinners, with the option of inviting musicians and vocalists, as well as organizing thematic decoration.

Christmas and New Year's Eve Dinner
Every year Hotel Continental Canela offers its guests and the general public its traditional Christmas Dinner and New Year's Eve Dinner.
The dinners include full thematic buffets, open bar with non-alcoholic beverages, Martini, Campari, JW Red Label and whisky aged 8 years, a musical duo with a dance repertoire, in addition to surprises in the Christmas and New Year spirit.
